How do do figure out what size wire and conduit I need for a service that is going to need 6 100 amp meters.

Two ways to go, either use wire rated for 600 amps or do the load calculations found in article 220.

You bid with 600amp wire u will loose to other bids remember services are sized on load calculations. Just off top of my head I don't think 500 would be good for 600 amps. More like 750.

For 600 amps it is less expensive to use at least two sets of conductors.

As Bob stated you need to do a load calculation to and size the SEC's from there or provide conductors large enough to carry the 600 amps. Have you performed a load calculation?

I agree with all you really need to do a load calc. for instance if all appliances are gas in residential you'll probably get away with parallel 4/0 aluminum at 400 amp. If units are small enough you may get away with less. But a load calc. is needed. best of luck.
