Im doing a service with a trough 5 discos 100 amp, 5 meters and 5 100 amp sub panels.
It is one of those we have 1 meter and now we want everyone 4 units and a house panel to each have there own meter job. After I build the outside I need to enter the building so I'm going to. Leave the bottom of the main disconnects with pipe neatly go 90 degree up the side to 5 PVC
LBs.

I originally thought I could then run alluminum 4 wire ser to the panels. But when I change over to the conduit that runs outside I believe it is a violation to put an ser connector on end of pipe
And strip back the outer grey insulation on the ser and send it outside. Is it ok if I do not strip it out and send it the entire way outside in the pipe not underground? 15 feet outside PVC to disco max.

I'm probably just going to do this: instead of using ser just change over to greenfield after where PVC enters the building and strap them in accordance about another 15 feet max to the new Sub panels.

Any thoughts?

Panels.

I don't think that you need to strip the SER cable.

I'm not sure how you would put an SER connector on the end of a pipe.

It's probably one of those situations which warrants a chat with you AHJ. I see (and accept) it in PVC although the pipe is most likely undersize considering Note 9 to Table 9.
I have seen areas which require a female adapter and connector at the end of the conduit and also areas which allow free movement with the cable secured close to the conduit.

I normally put a female connector on PVC and install an SER connector. Then I strip it out. I
Think I am still going to change to greenfield once I get in and throw a bonding bushing where I enter panel. I just feel once I strip out the SER since the wires do not have a rating that I could
See could be a violation. Thanks.
