Hi, how can i know what services is installed.? The installation doesnt have a main disconnect.
On the feeder side we have 4 sets of 350kcm, passing 3 cts and go to a juction box where by polaris tap is divided between 4 disconnect. 3 200A and 1 of 600A. My service is the ampacity of the 4 sets of 350kcm.? that will be 4x320A= 1280A.
I need to draw the riser diagram and that is the reason i need that information.

If you are drawing an existing riser, draw what you notated. if it is not code compliant, then design a change or if it is existing to remain, then show it is as existing. No need to call out 1200A service when there are (4) disconnects of different sizes. Your conductor ampacity rating is sufficient enough. notate all the conductor sizes, the tap connection, the disconnect sizes, etc.
 
I agree with Rock. I would just draw what you have and if need be I would identify the service as 1200 amp.
