I am installing ( 200 amp) load panels on a warehouse. If, I install a ( 2 base meter center with disconnects(6 ft rule) and (2) meter bases). What is the size is the over head service conductors with parallel circuits? If, I have the same situation and it is underground, what is the service conductors?

What is the "6 ft rule"?

Start at section 230.42(A) of the NEC. This will send you to Article 220 to perform a load calculation. You can then use this to determine required conductor sizes per 310.15 in any configuration that you choose. Section 230.90 and its exception may come into play...
