seriously, with many of the features of the mocroprocessor breakers most of us need the assistance of an engineer and/or factory representative to set ALL the available features
Somewhat like automobile maintenance, the "simple" days are gone.

I agree, this is not a task for the unexperienced persons.
I am sure if you do want to learn there are web based or some kind of classes available.

1. Read the instruction manual.
2. Read the coordination study.
3. Own a tweaker (pocket screw driver) and/or pencil eraser (for push buttons).
4. High current or secondary injection, megger and DLRO test set for testing.
5. Document all test and verify against manufactures published curves.
