Two Questions. When installing 20' light poles with arm and shoe box light head is it best to completely assemble on ground then set into place. Is a small crane used to set them in place? Thanks?

I've always done as much of the work on the ground as possible, so I would assemble them and wire them on the ground, then lift and set in place with a boom truck. Tie a rope to the nylon sling so that you can pull it back down the pole after set in place.
