SEU thru cinder block

Meterbase on outside wall, SEU coming out bottom thru cinder block into service equip., I'M looking for a code that would reqire it to protected thru block, Conduit just thru block with bushing on each end, or is this required.

Isn't any. I just put it through the hole and put duxseal around it. What's the difference between concrete block, brick, stucco and wood? I have never seen it done any other way.
