SEU vs USE Cable

SEU is basically SER using the bare conductor as a neutral.
USE has no outer sheating and is listed for direct burial.

Edit multiple times to outwit this infernal machine and get the pictures to work. :)

Wes: to see what we are not going to discuss in your thread, visit this thread in progress on the topic. I think we ought to try to keep all our eggs in one basket on this one.

I'm not trying to be difficult, it just stinks to have the same subject spread out all over the forum, people don't want to make their same good points in four different threads.
 
Wes, what do you mean? What are you having trouble with?

In my last post above, I included a link to another (long) thread. If you click on the link it should open the other thread in a new window (a thread is a series of posts, a discussion).

If you're talking about the Alcan website, there is a sidebar on the left side, with links to all the various types of cable they make.
