Several Form C Contacts

Hi,

In the transformer control panel, it has several form C Contacts for alarms and trips. How do we go with having a common alarm or trip for all alarms and trip respectively?

Connect all normally-open contacts in parallel and use them to power your alarm.

Or...

Connect all of them in a series string of NC contacts, feeding a relay with NC contacts wired to your alarm. Then it acts as a power loss alarm, and you can then also tap off of each NO contact to a pilot light so you know which one caused the trip, at least in whatever level of importance you assigned to each string position (because once tripped, everything down stream is dead).

See, SOMEONE can always over complicate something, it's my super power!

I have seen this done. Worked pretty slick. It was a WTF moment at first.

Add that It was worked into the logic of a PLC as well.
