Does anyone know the general distance a sewer line should be separated from the feeder conduits entering the MSB from underground?

NEC has no seperation requirement on the piping itself as long as you comply with the 110.26 rules in regard to the switchgear. There may be local or Power Co. (if they are actually service conduits) to consider.
