Sharing a neutral

Temporary construction pole... two 20 amp breakers for two circuits feeding two GFCI receptacles are sharing the neutral grounded conductor.

Wrong or not?

ok if its a 2 pole (or handle tied) breaker on a 120/240 3 wire system. probably not ok otherwise. see article 527.

Why would you have to have handle ties? It seems there are (2) seperate gfi receptacles,they are not mounted on the same yoke.

For temporary circuits, 527.4(E) requires it.

can U use a neutral as a switch leg?
If I can, what code supports it?
