I have a project with remote roof mounted load banks of various load voltages, each with 120V fan. For example one bank requires 480V 3 phase wiring to the load but also a 120V branch circuit for the fan. Can I use a 4 pole disconnect, or a 3 pole with aux contact and meet NEC 2008?

Not sure how much more detail I can provide. These are fan cooled resistive load banks typically used for generators. I'm trying to avoid using two disconnects at each typical load bank by combining the circuits into one disconnecting means per load bank. Saves money, labor and also makes it a bit safer by removing the possibility of opening only one switch before opening the unit.
