We have a physician office with has en emergency generator sering only fire pump, the owner wants to have other load from other building to be also fed out of this generator (if generator size can handle). Will this violate any code issues? Since the generator will serves two different buidlding even same owner? Thanks!

I would have to do a little research on it, but my knee jerk reaction is that he will not be able to feed anything else since it sounds like the generator is intended for the fire pump only.

If the generator can handle both loads, the concern now becomes what does this do to the fuel calcs and run time since there will be a new load imposed on the generator.

I would run this one by both the EI and the Fire Inspector to make sure its good. Depending on what they determine, you may have to have an engineer supply load calcs for both and ensure that the run time of the fire pump meets the minimum requirements for your jurisdiction.

anbm,

Short answer, Yes it can be done. Lots of things have to be properly arranged.
Here's an article of interest.

695.3 Power Source(s) for Electric Motor-Driven Fire Pumps.
Electric motor-driven fire pumps shall have a reliable source of power.

(B)(1) Generator Capacity. An on-site generator(s) used to comply with this section shall be of sufficient capacity to allow normal starting and running of the motor(s) driving the fire pump(s) while supplying all other simultaneously operated load. Automatic shedding of one or more optional standby loads in order to comply with this capacity requirement shall be permitted. A tap ahead of the on-site generator disconnecting means shall not be required. The requirements of 430.113 shall not apply. [20:9.6.1]
