sharing grounding conductors

Can a comon grounding conductor be shared for 3 480v single phase circuits.Example: (3) 480v single phase site lighting circuits each with there own grounding conductor are run to a comon UG junction box. Can they share a comon grounding conductor fro the junction box back to the site lighting panelboard in a comon conduit? If so how is it sized?
