I know that you're not allowed to install data and power in the same raceway. But, where exactly is this stated in the NEC?

That depends on what kind of 'data' we're talking about.

There isn't a blanket NEC prohibition on 'data' and power in the same raceway, but the circumstances where it's allowed are pretty proscribed.

See the Informational Note that follows 300.3(C)(1). However there are other xxx.136 sections in other Chapter 7 and 8 Articles that have the same requirements.

What is an 'ems ct data loop"? In general, even voltage rated data cables are not permitted to be installed with power conductors.
