Currently doing a Shell/T.I. build out for small retail. Trying to separate out the phases.
To my understanding...
Shell:
Emergency lighting and exits signs are required at a minimum.
Electrical Service entrance and House panel will be on shell phase. This building is a 1 tenant building so I'm not intending on having house panel...
I'm showing bathroom power and lighting on shell design.
Power for Water heater and Roof top mech equipment currently on T.I.
Is it common to show receptacles every 25' or so for power tools/charging during construction?
If this building is classified as retail, do "show window" receptacles need to be installed during shell or is this considered a T.I. item?

Thanks in advance for your comments!

We would require the 210.64 receptacles, 210.63 Receptacles if you have A/C, 600.5 Outlet, 110.26(D) Illumination at the panel and any circuits required by our building inspection for emergency lighting exit signs.
Beyond that would be at customers request.
