Short Circuit value - ETAP shows the same value for subtransient and steady-state

Good day,

When I did the short circuit simulation for 1-phase SC fault (L-G), I got the same result for subtransient and steady-state values. For the 3-phase, those values are different. Can someone explain why those values are the same for 1-phase SC fault? Thank you
