After reading the exception. I think Rick was agreeing with you.

He mentions receptacles in windows so I thought this was a show window as mentioned in the exception to 314.27(C) but 410.59(B) is show cases so I may be off here.

This is a show window, so the exception to 314.27 (c) applies, but what exactly does "receptacles and covers shall be listed as an assembly for this type of location" mean ??
