Are you talkin about a ceiling light or wall lights?

What kind of touching is supposed to be going on in there? 🤔🤔🤔

But as long as it's listed for use in a shower, it should be fine. For instance, I use a Broan 744 recessed fan light. It's listed for use in showers as long as it's GFCI protected

Do you not believe in punctuations? LOL

A light is allowed in the shower even if you can touch it but it must be suitable for use in wet location if it is subject to shower spray. No gfci is required but if it makes you sleep better at night then by all means-- it won't hurt

Hundreds of thousands of showers have lights in them that meet code. Mostly just damp rated unless the ceiling is low enough for water to splash off your head. Even then, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
