Maybe. Fan/light combo would be one example. Another would be a 'HUD' requirement.
HUD is a strange animal. They have no requirement in manufacured homes to install AFCI breakers or TR recepts.Uh-oh, guess I'll be making another trip.

Not in NH. All an inspector needs to see is a HUD sticker (usually on the inside of the cabinet door for the sink) and only the service is inspected.BUT in Ohio after one year if the HUD unit is on a permanent foundation it then falls under the residential code and then any electrical changes, like replacements, would be to the current NEC adoped. 2008 NEC for 1, 2, 3 family here.
