Shunt trip breaker?

I need ti install an electric oven under my hood system. would an shunt trip breaker suffice or would i need to come off the ansul microswitches/ and also would they be able to hold the amps?

As Bob said, you can use the micros to trigger a shunt-trip breaker for the oven, but the power to the shunt-trip coil should immediately be removed after tripping, or you'll burn it out.

Another option is to use a contactor which can be controlled by the micros. I'm positive that the micros cannot handle the oven current directly. They're typically rated at 16a. resistive.

I can draw you a diagram or two if you need them.
