I have two service disconnect both of them fed from one service entrance conductors.

The two service disconnects are located opposite end of building.

Their is shunt trip provided next to each disconnect which control the other disconnect.


The guys says he can use shunt trip and not actually group the two service disconnects 230.71. Would he be correct? Would shunt trip be used to group service discos?

Building has one service. The two service disconnects are fed from one service entrance conductor.

Problem is not about number of service.
