Hey all,
I’ve got a tenant meter to replace that is part of a large stack. I’m pretty sure that if I flip the main breaker it will kill the 2 meters that are attached to it but I’ve never worked on a service like this so just want to make sure.

Attached is picture of the stack and I need to replace the tenant stack on the far right. I assume if I kill the main it will kill the 2 meters to the right of it?

Also anyone ever built one of these and have experience with the connections between them. Pretty sure the bus bars just bolt together with somekind of Belleville washer setup. I’ve asked for install instructions from Eaton but who knows what I wil get there.

I assume if I kill the main it will kill the 2 meters to the right of it?

My guess from the photo is that the main will kill everything on the right and on the left.

Yeah I’m 99% sure but I just wanted to make dang sure. Needs an emergency shutdown and it helps not to have to involve the power company etc. if I can just kill the breaker.
