Side By Side

I was talking to an electrican about a very expansive site job and he was talking about using a "side by side" when I mentioned an ATV etc.
Anyone know what type of vehicle he was referrring to? Thanks.

Google "Side by side accidents".

They are like golf carts with a bed and some kick.

Some are called by names like "Gator", "Mule", etc. according to who makes them.

Side note, I wasn't trying to stoke fear of them by saying google their accidents. I was solely saying that search result got me to what they are.

They have come in handy for me, I don't own one but I have been working at places that have them. The area was large and I had to walk a long distance from where I was parked to where I was working. Plus I could load my materials and tools in the bed.The customers would either loan me one, or drive me themselves.

We have one at the farm. Very handy for chores, fence building, etc. I can see it being useful for an EC on a large jobsite.
