Siemens circuit breaker hold down

I am installing a three phase Siemens main lug load center and a "ECMBR3" hold down is called for a back feed breaker.

"ECMBR2" hold downs for two pole breakers are common and cheap.
I have not found a "ECMBR3" hold down yet.
I have searched Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon, Ebay and numerous other web sites.

Could the 2 pole hold down be used on a 3 pole breaker?

Have you tried a "real" electrical distributor/supply house that carries Siemens? I found several online sources searching with just the part number.

I searched for "Siemens ECMBR3" this morning again.
I received 30 results.

1 was this thread.

2 were Amazon and Home Depot listing the "ECMBR2".

I think 2 were dubious "click for a quote" (Then sign up.) with disclaimers such as "Some of the parts on Industrial Accessories can be very difficult to find. Many are no longer in production and have reached end-of-life status."

Most of the rest are PDFs or datasheets or newspaper articles that not always even mention the correct product.
(For instance "Hubbell # ECMBR3")

1, onlinecomponents.com, looked promising then:

Factory Lead-Time: 5 weeks

It is strange that sites that sell the 3 phase load centers, and on the door of the panels call for the use of the ECMBR3, do not sell the ECMBR3 or have a link to buy.

I have ordered the ECMBR2. I believe there is a good chance I can make it work.
