Signage for Manhole cover

What (if any) is the industry standard for "High Voltage" signs for manhole covers? I can't think of anything that would not wear out in a short time. Racking my old brain and getting no where! Any advice?

Grind it in or weld it in.

That's what I've seen. Usually welded.
