In a class1 division2 environment:

1)What type of cable should be used for wiring to devices such as pressure transmitters (4-20mA) and RTD's? All components are located within the C1D2 environment.

2)If Ethernet wiring is ran in rigid conduit to a NEMA 4X enclosure and passes through a sealoff as it enters the non-hazardous area, does the outer covering have to be removed at the sealoff or is special wire available?

1) If run in threaded conduit, virtually any cable otherwise permitted to be run in conduit is acceptable. See Section 501.10(A)(1) as referrenced by 501.10(B)(1)(1). Otherwise, see 501.10(B)(1)(4) through (6).
2.) No. See Section 501.15(E)(3).

Edit, I probably should have only referenced 501.10(B)(1)(2) in the first sentence, but the conclusion is the same.

The 4-20mA and RTD wiring will only be partially run in conduit. What type of cable would be permitted for the final 10 ft of the run to connect to sensors mounted on a machine.
 
They would have to be rated as one of the cable types listed in Sections 501.10(B)(1)(4) through (6).
