signaling device

I have a customer, that wants to put some type of toggle device that can be pulled down for on,to operate a buzzer. The switch would then need to spring back in the off position. This is for the purpose of training a dog. Has anyone done anything like this? Any ideas?

24 volt transformer, mometary switch, door bell.

Instead of a door bell you could use a security buzzer??

I don't have his email address, but I think a guy named Pavlov may have some experience with this type of thing
