what is the total capacitance of 2 , 15 microfarad capacitors connected in parallel. thanks alot. also formula for capacitors connected in series? thank you, thank you.

Do the reverse what you did for risistors.
Cap in parallel cap+cap=

Caps in series are to be figured with product over sum

In general, for "n" parallel caps:

Cp = C1 + C2 + C3 ........ + Cn

For "n" series caps:

1/Cs = 1/C1 + 1/C2 + 1/C3 ...... + 1/Cn

For only two series caps:

Cs = C1C2/(C1 + C2)
