What size ground wire (equipment grounding conductor) is required for a 150 amp feeder?

Do I use the row for 100 amp (#8 EGC) , or the row for 200 amp (#6 EGC)? Is it sepcified anywhere in the NEC text?

Use the 200A row.

The table 250.122 says Rating or setting of OCPD ahead of equipment (Not Exceeding.)

Top right column heading - Not Exceeding (amperes)

150 exceeds 100 so you must use 200

Duh - on my part. I missed that in the table.
