simple short circuit program

I typically use the Bussman program to do quick short circuit calcs based on wire size and distance. This simple program allows you to do one leg at a time. For anything more elaborate I give the data to our guy who has SKM loaded on his machine and I get it that way.

My question for you, is that I've got MI cable runs and the Bussman program only works for conduit and wire. Is anyone aware of a similar program that will either work for MI or for which I can plug in the impedance data for the MI and get it to spit out the information that way?

Thanks,

Mike

If your doing one leg at a time, why not do the legs by hand calc for those that are not conduit and wire.

Use the MVA method, very simple and quick. If you need a copy PM me.

There is a good program called EasyPower, I have not personally used it but I have seen it and my understanding is that it is quite a bit cheaper than ETAP or SKM and simplier to use.
