Single Disconnect Two Voltages

I have a machine that has two motors. One is 480 volts AC, 3-phase, 3-wire, and the other is 120 Volts AC, single-phase, 2-wire. I would like to use one 4-pole disconnect switch or circuit breaker as a single disconnect means for both motors. Is this permitted by the NEC?

Not prohibited explicitly, but you may run into problems with voltage difference and no barrier. Can't remember the specific Code... and that may be only for device boxes. I'll see if I can find specific section...

What I was thinking about was 404.8(B) [which only applies to snap switches] and similar... but found nothing prohibiting what you intend on doing.
