Single phase motor reversing with two contactors.

Good day!

I have two Fuji SC-E02 contactors with a mechanical lock "SZ-RM". Drawing below.

I am trying to wire a single phase "capacitor start" motor either in 120vac or 230vac to do forward and reversing. The motor is a Blador kel11203. Drawing below. Can someone help me construct a wiring diagram to get this motor operational.

I do know I need to swap leads 5 and 8 to change directions.

In the end I would also like to put a thermal overload in the circuit also but right now solving the circuit is my first step.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

simple explanation is to wire contactors so one "run winding" lead is switched by both forward and reverse contactors, and the other two poles switch the aux winding but are reversed polarity depending on whether FWD or REV is pulled in. Works great for 120 volts, leave the neutral to "run winding" unswitched. If you want to run at 240 volts and want to open all ungrounded conductors when not running you need four pole contactors and switch both run winding conductors (but don't change their polarity).
