An apt. building is being fed with 3 phase 120/208V.

The meter center is 3 phase but the individual dwelling units are 1 phase.

Question is, what is the voltage rating to the individual dwelling units in this case?

Thanks

208y/120v same as the three phase like to line voltage. Just taking two “legs” of it.

That's pretty common in apartment complexes; the individual units get two 120V to neutral phases. No 240V loads with a neutral, though.

Not quite true. Many residential 120/240v 1ph loads, such as ranges and dryers, will accept 120/208v 1ph. The L-N portions will receive 120v as expected, and the L-L portions will receive 208v and produce 75% of the 240v heating power.

Just to be pedantic...
The THREE phase voltage would be denoted as 208Y120V.
When it is tapped to feed the individual apartments with SINGLE phase power, it would be denoted as 120/208V.

The placement is specific to help know if you are referring to single phase (lower voltage first) or 3 phase (higher voltage first).
