Sink in MCC Room

I am currently working on a project that requires the installation of 2 new wall-mounted 480v 3Phase VFDs and 1 new 120/240 Exhaust Fan Control Panel in a MCC room for a sludge pump station in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. There is a plastic wash sink inside of the room plumbed with pvc pipe(supply, drain & vent) along the same wall that the new devices are to be mounted. Can the sink even be located inside of the MCC room-if so-what min. distance from the sink can the new devices be located?

There is no rule that says the sink can't be in the room. The new equipment can be right next to the sink. You only have to comply with the rules in 110.26. Note that if the water and drain lines run horizontally along the wall 110.26 will not permit you to install the equipment above or be low the lines.
