Would like to get some insight into how some would figure electricians time onsite.
Have a job that consists of a lot of site civil work( private property).
Site demo( we do have a few light poles to remove), remove existing utilities( not electrical) of a lot of pavement, regrading, a bunch of new parking lots parking lots.
They have a schedule of 1-1/2 years but our work is much much less. Probably about 3 months to run our feeds to the lights poles and install new poles.
There is no site temporary power needed but I will have to run feed to a few trailers.
Is it as straight forward as just figuring our work and that’s the time onsite?? I’d think there may be a need to leave the site and come back.
Guess I need to know how the job will be built and sequence and when we would need to be there.
I am thinking they will excavate, we will install out conduits and pull out wire, we will leave then come back to set the poles?
