Size DISCONNECT

I am working with a company that wants to bring it's product to the USA. I need to design a Disconnect to attach to their machine. 60 amp and 100 amp single phase. I can size a junction box, but have never designed a disconnect. Any ideas?

If the disconnect is going to be a part of the machine, the design would fall under the specifications of the Code used in the design of the rest of the electrical system.
You will find that many jurisdictions require a NRTL listing for equipment and your design would need to meet the requirements of that listing agency.
That, or used a disconnect that is already listed.
