I think for cable runs in cable tray art.392.17(B) and 392.22(C) could be interesting.

Table listing for conductor size and ampacity

Taken from table:
.Okoguard cables meet or exceed all
recognized industry standards (UL, CSA,
AEIC, NEMA/ICEA, IEEE).
105?C continuous operating temperature

Most of the time when using 600 volt cable, we use cable with 90C ratings but are required to limit ampacity
to the 75C ratings due to termination limits. With 15 kv equipment the termination are rated at a higher temp
allowing the 90C cable rating to be used. You must check terminations to verify temp ratings.

you won't find cable rated lower than 90deg C, i.e. MV-90. But most manufacturers are only making MV-105. MV terminations are good for at least 90 deg C, so even if you use MV-105, it has to be limited to current to keep temp at or below 90 deg C.
