sizing conduit for cables

Hi everyone,
I have been searching the nec for information on sizing conduit for fire alarm plenum cables and CAT5 cables. Does anyone know of NEC information on this?

If you know the diameter of each cable type the percentage fill calculation is straightforward. You may want to go larger than code minimum to make initial pull or adding wires easier.
