sizing CT can

first one- Its for a regular customer so ill get the job, and don't want to overcharge them so two question. How do you size a CT can Power company guid lines are

For 120/240V Service Only 3 Wire 6 Jaw Ring Type Lower Section has Test Switch Mounting Provision *Minimum 30-inch by 30-inch CT enclosure with Reference Number 6019 CT Bracket required for this installation. Use 1.25-inch conduit.

OKAY---- how large of a unit. my supply how Said they got a 600 and 800 amp____ how do you size this bad boy. ITs a replacement and the service disconnects are staying

Service size by breaker is 1200 amp- AIC is like 40k
I call the power company "engineer" they say talk to meter men. they say get what's on the list.?

I would say if there is a single service disconnect, then you size it to the size of that service disconnect. If there are multiple service disconnects then you size it to the load calc
