Sizing feeders for 125A breaker

What is the correct wire size for a 125A circuit breaker according to NEC 2005.
Is it #1 using the 75 degree C column on table 310.16 or is it 1/0 due to NEC 110.14 (C) Temperature Limitations for conductors. In our office both have been used and we would just like to be correct and consistent in our design.

What is the temperature rating of your terminals? If it is 60 degrees than given the info of the post 1/0. If 75 degrees than No. 2 if 240.4(b) can be applied (not a tap).
