Have a 120V pool light in my inground pool. Upgrading to 12V 35W LED lamp. Power factor is about .8 Installing a 120V pri 12V sec transformer. Are my calculations right?
35÷.8÷.7=62.5W
So would I need a 80W rated xfmr to allow for 80% derating?
