Sizing of a wireway/trough

Sizing a wireway I'm pretty familiar with. My question I'm not too sure about is.

When splicing ina wireway with terminal blocks or Polaris taps does the formula change.

See the attached picture I'm thinking if I can add a set of three oughts for 200 amp solar service switch to this wireway.

It's a 10x10x48

The wireway fill is 20%, so I don't see fill as an issue. The installation in the picture may not be in compliance with 376.23(B), and even if it is, you will still have to be careful that your new conduit entries comply with that section.
The ground rod creates a 110.26(A) violation.
