Sizing residential service with gas furnace and water he

Would i consider these two appliances as part of the general lighting load if they are gas. (120V Heat pump) Or is there another way to include them into my calculations. Thank you

Throw the gas water heater out of the equasion.

As for the furnace check 220.30(C)
