In an electrical service with multiple main disconnects is the ground leading to the copper collection bar based on

Or 250.122

OK, are you attaching the GES or EGC'S? That is the answer to your question. is
I know egc is equipment grounding conductor what's GES

Basically all our grounds come to this bar then we take 1 #6 wire to the rod from the bar so I'm talking about the ground coming to the bar from the neutral in each main switch essentially grounding the neutrals how do I size that wire ?

So is this bar where you ground the Service neutral in the service disconnect?
