Skinny 200A Meter-Main, surface mount needed

I'm outside Portland, Oregon. Have a new service to do & the cust. do not want the big-a** kind, u know the ones:

All its needs inside is 1 200A breaker. I've seen skinnier ones around, but can't figger out the manufacturer/model. I swear that Siemens or Sqaure D made one, but don't see one online.

Try Milbank. They have a meter-main as narrow as 8 inches if i read it correctly.
