I am currently in Asia performing a few Arc Flash studies and have run across the above mentioned circuit breaker. I use SKM software for my studies. SKM does not have this device available and I cannot find time current curve data anywhere on the internet in order to be able to create this device. Has anyone come across this device and have any TCC data for it?

I had never heard of them either until I got here. I will likely call the manufacturer Monday morning since they are local to where I'm at. Thanks anyway!

You're likely to find it's a old Westinghouse clone. TECO picked up a fair amount of Westinghouse's industrial component line, including motors.

I looked in the ETAP library and they don't have it either. I know ETAP will add devices for you if you have the model number. SKM should do the same, I would think anyway.

Did find that there is an E series and an S series of the TO breaker so you may want to confirm model number.

Teco only bought the MOTOR division of the old Westinghouse, nothing else. But looking at the product on line, it does appear to be a brand labeled version of the Eaton G breakers, a redesign of the old Westinghouse C-Line.

Teco (Taian Electric CO.) uses the Taian brand name over there, you might try searching for that.
