What is "I^s T" supposed to be set to... ON or OFF? It is automatically set to OFF in the Phase settings. This is the Ground Fault function screen.

Either you have the wrong trip unit modeled in SKM or SKM library data is wrong. Make sure you have the right trip unit modeled. If so, send a tech support request to SKM. First step might be to make sure you have the latest library data from SKM.

Off the top of my head.

This looks to be an optional "slope" setting for the GF function.
When it is off the TCC has an instantaneous transition from vertical to horizontal, a sharp right angle. When it is on there is a slight slope at the transition. The slopecan be helpful when coordinating with some fuses.
Most commonly this is left in the off position.

Your trip unit does not have this function, but it is not uncommon for SKM to have small errors like this, otherwise they would need a much larger library.
