SKM Utility not giving a short circuit

I have a utility 24.9kv going into a metering station then to an 800a disconnect, then to a switchgear. When I run the short circuit report all that I am seeing 0.000 in the Int. Sym. Rms Faulted Bus Voltages. Any help would be great....

SKM has documentation on how to model the system to get valid results. Better still, calling SKM reps will be of great help.
