sleeve thru floor

Is there a product to install in a second level concrete floor to use as a sleeve? I have seen them before but i cant recall where to find them. Do most people just use emt or pvc as a sleeve?? If so how do you support it prior to the concrete pour?

Yes they make sleeves that you nail down to the plywood before pouring then just break them out later. All the electric supply house have them and they come in all different sizes. ask them for deck sleeves

If its a commercial building, you need to know if there is a fire rating between the floors. If there is, that will probably affect how you sleeve the floor.
